Monday: Chicken Enchiladas (making extra to freeze),
Tuesday: Possible Roast in the Crockpot with William Sonoma Short Rib Sauce – YUMMO!!
Wednesday: Heading to Ct – Leaving Kevin to fend for himself (He requested that I don’t worry about him, I promise I’m not neglecting him. )
Although I won’t be too busy in the kitchen this week I’ll be busy doing laundry, cleaning and packing up 2 toddlers and myself for a week out of town. I’m always amazed how much stuff these little guys need for a few days away!!
